Snowpeak Titanium Solo Cookset
We've been using these sets for quite a while now and they've generated a lot of interest amongst our clients. Following our policy of selling only what we use, we are now in a position to make them available to you, and we can certainly recommend them. Being made from lightweight but strong titanium they don't greatly add to the weight of your pack yet they are large enough to prepare good size solo meals.
This set comprises of an 0.8 litre mug, a 0.3 litre cup and a lid. Each set is supplied in its own mesh bag.

The bodywork on this model is built from tough aerospace grade aluminium with a hard anodised finish, it also has a xenon lamp, lexan lens and O ring construction to waterproof the body. It has dual switch functions to the tail-cap mounted controls enabling you to lock it so you don’t inadvertently turn it on, or you can momentarily flash it on / off or turn it fully on. There is a coated steel pocket clip and it weighs in at 88g and is 122mm long. Batteries included.

Lightweight Basha / Hootchie
We have these ripstop tarpaulin type shelter-sheets made up to our own specs here in the UK. They are made from extremely tough olive green waterproof fabric. Each has attachment loops along the edges and at the corners and the added bonus of a line of loops along the central ridge. There is also a lightweight cord set included in the pouch to enable you to set the shelter up as per our picture. As you can see by the picture they fold up very small!

Opinel NO12 Folding Saw
This pocketable little saw has more bite than its size would have you believe. It has a very aggressively toothed blade of 120mm made from high carbon tool steel and a handle of natural beech wood. The locking mechanism is Opinel’s famous twist lock. Each saw now comes with a hole for a lanyard. These saws can cope with tasks well above what you’d expect from them. I regularly use mine to cut green wood up to 100mm in diameter.

Mon Premier Opinel Knife
If your children are going to learn about knife safety and cutting edge awareness then we believe that these knives should be a step in that learning process. They are made by Opinel in France. Each knife has a solid beech wood handle, Opinel’s own safe twisting collar locking mechanism and the blade tip is rounded for safety. Spyderco 303MF Doublestuff
A sharpening stone suitable in size and weight for field use and yet perfectly adequate to use at home on a bench. This stone is made up of Spyderco’s own “High alumina ceramic” in fine and medium grades. This product is able to cut any metal known to man so is be able to cope with the high quality tool steels used on our knives and others. Developed from a long line of military artillery sighting compasses, this is the current issue British military marching and sighting compass issued to snipers and surveillance teams. Now made in lightweight alloy but still giving years of dependable service (these compasses are often handed down through military families). This model is sold with a degrees scale for civilian map use but we can supply them in mils to order.
