Bison Bushcraft Knives are all individually hand made. You can choose your own steel type and handle materials as well as take up different options with the scabbard. All of the Scandinavian grind knives are sharpened by hand on flat waterstones prior to delivery. This is the only way to achieve a truly flat grind without a secondary bevel.
All of our knives are hand-made to order and are subject to a waiting list, that is currently between 9 to 12 months.

Woodcarver / Skinner
After receiving several requests from both woodcarvers and small game hunters for a knife that has a small blade and a full sized handle, I developed this model with the usual full tang, flat grind 01 tool steel construction and the blade and the handle dimensions requested. I've also given it a sharp point and a convenient belt pouch.

Bird & Trout Knife
A full tang knife of more delicate 2mm blade stock. This knife gives you the strength but delicacy for those jobs requiring more finesse. Supplied with an oak tanned pouch style scabbard it makes the perfect companion to fishing or bird shooting trips.
